Why we don’t charge by the hour

Most accounting firms still bill by the hour. We think that’s backwards. Charging by the hour rewards taking longer - there’s no incentive to work efficiently, with your time or ours. We’d rather fix the problem than bill you for it.

So years ago we went the other way.
